Zenix Vacuum Coating Technology was established in 1985 and is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the R&D, manufacturing, and process solutions of vacuum coating equipment.

Originally founded as the Shanghai Branch of PLA Factory 9570, the company has evolved over decades into a professional vacuum coating equipment manufacturer and solution provider serving the global market.

We provide complete vacuum coating solutions for customers worldwide, covering hard coatings, decorative coatings, and functional coating systems, including advanced technologies such as DLC and Ta-C. In addition, we offer related spare parts, targets, and comprehensive technical support services.
History

Company predecessor - Zhengzhou Jichang Vacuum Coating Factory was established. Founders: Zhang Qikun, Zhang Wenfang.

1985

Incorporated as the PLA 9570 Factory, a regimental-level unit directly subordinated to the PLA General Logistics Department.

1988

It partners long-term with CAS Institute of Mechanics, Fudan Physics Dept and USST Materials School for industry-university-research; PLA 9570 Factory builds a Shanghai production base.

1990

Developed a new generation of ultra-hard wear-resistant coatings and machine.

1998

Following corporate restructuring, the company was renamed: Zenix Vacuum Coating Technology Co., Ltd.

2003

Trademark registered; ISO 9001 Certified.

2015

Pioneered the development of TiAlN and multi-component surface hardening coatings, building upon the traditional TiN coating technology.
Recognized as a High-tech Achievement Transformation Enterprise by the Shanghai Government.

2016

Pioneered to develop Nano composite hard film. Nation High tech Enterprise Certified.

2018

Renewed Nation High tech Enterprise. 32 Patents Obtained.
